The Sales Associate position consists of a field training program designed to help the candidate learn the skills to lease, sell and market commercial properties and begin earning immediately.

Throughout the training process, you'll work side-by-side with some of the most successful brokers in the industry.

Phases:

- Obtaining a real estate license
- Becoming familiar with markets and land values
- Develop market research and understanding Company policies
- Establish your focus on business development skills
- Learn a territory
- Prepare listings and become familiar with environmental, political and legal issues

Requirements:

- Selling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn, requiring little supervision
- Computer literate, detail-oriented and organized
- Resourcefulness
- Economically stable and resilient
